PROJECT PLAN AND PROJECT ORGANIZATION TOOLS
We use a highly structured methodology and project organization approach which ties together all of the project analysis and deliverables from requirements definition through testing and implementation. Our fully integrated project approach has been adopted by many of our clients as their standard internal project methodology.
PROCESS ANALSYIS AND DESIGN TOOLS
We use a business process decomposition model that divides the business process into its fundamental hierarchical components. This breakdown becomes the basis for mapping process flows and determining area of project responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS TEMPLATES AND GAP ANALAYIS DATABASE
The requirements definition captures the target business functionality and is cross-referenced to our process decomposition analysis. Our gap analysis database can then be used to compare the requirements to delivered system functionality.
TESTING PLANS AND TEST SCRIPTS TEMPLATES
These templates are the foundation for creating extensive testing plans that cover unit testing of customizations through the development of fully integrated cross module test cases.
